Masoumeh Shekari

Masoumeh Shekari · Product Manager

I shape product strategy.

I bring research, product strategy, and delivery together for systems where people need to make a confident decision.

Product Manager

Product strategy, research, and hands-on delivery across enterprise and early-stage ventures.

Selected work

A product I built independently. Two ventures I helped shape.

NutrizleLive on Google Play · 2026

Building a family nutrition product, from research to release.

I led Nutrizle from product definition to a bilingual mobile release, connecting children’s food characters with recipes and activities for parents. My work covered research, MVP decisions, prototyping, and release quality. Bot Studio supports the work behind the product.

Colora LabMVP strategy · 2022–2025

The same technology. A different product for each user.

Colora Lab salon management interface on a laptop and tablet One technical foundation. Two distinct workflows.

I helped turn a smart hair-colouring device into a product direction for two very different settings: a person at home and a professional in a salon.

My role
Product ManagerStrategic Advisor
A defining decision
Prioritise RGB sensing for the MVP and separate home guidance from the salon workflow, rather than force one interface onto both.
  • 25 research interviews
  • 70+ survey responses
  • Defined separate home and salon workflows

BirthCare XRProduct advisory · MedTech

Giving a complex care venture a clear product direction.

An XR maternity-care platform needed a coherent story for patients, providers, and institutions. I connected those different needs to its product and commercial strategy.

My role
Strategic Product Management Advisor
A defining decision
Define separate value propositions and routes to adoption for each audience, then connect them through one business model.

How I work with AI

AI assists the work. I own the decisions.

At Nutrizle I used AI to speed research, drafts, and review — while I kept product judgment, evidence standards, and go/no-go decisions. Handoffs stay visible, and nothing ships without my approval.

How I use AI · Nutrizle

Clear approval boundaries.

AI work has clear approval boundaries before anything ships. Details live in the Nutrizle case study.

The case study distinguishes implemented controls from live validation and outcomes still to measure.

The person behind the work

I like the part before the answer is obvious.

I work where user needs, business priorities, and delivery constraints meet. I turn research into product choices, make trade-offs explicit, and stay involved through implementation and review.

My experience spans enterprise UX at SAP and end-to-end product work at Nutrizle, plus advising early-stage ventures in HealthTech, MedTech, BeautyTech, and PetTech. I studied at Universität Mannheim and am based in Mannheim.

My projects span independent delivery at Nutrizle and advisory work with venture teams. At Colora Lab, I helped translate research into distinct home and salon workflows. At BirthCare XR, I connected the needs of patients, professionals, and institutions to the product direction.

How I work

Make the decisions explicit.

The useful output is not another framework. It is knowing what to do next, and why.

Understand the moment that matters.

Use research to find where people hesitate, what they need, and which assumption the team should test first.

Choose what earns a place in the MVP.

Make the trade-offs visible. Agree what to build, what to defer, and what evidence would change the plan.

Stay with it through delivery.

Connect requirements, quality checks, and feedback so the team can learn from what it ships.

Let’s talk

What are you trying to make possible?

If you are hiring a Product Manager who connects research, product decisions, and hands-on delivery, I would be glad to talk.
